What We Do
At Lucky Enough, we strive to live each day by our tagline, “If you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough.” We think it’s extremely important to remember that although the properties we manage may represent investment and income for owners, they also represent escape and memories for our guests (and beloved homes away from homes for our owners!). Our goal is always to provide top-level services to everyone involved.
It starts with a custom welcome gift- a branded bucket and shovel, sunscreen samples, eco-friendly starters for soaps and detergents, a brand new sponge at the kitchen sink, paper towels and toilet paper are standard for each guest. We make sure there are extra trash bags under the sink and if we know they’re arriving late, we’ll swing by and leave a light on. The first impression just sets the tone for a great visit, and we find that it’s the little things that count.

Bookings, Marketing and Payment
We handle every aspect of marketing your property, collecting bookings, ensuring that the property is ready for each guest and collecting payment on your behalf. You can set-it-and-forget-it with Lucky Enough. We’ll mail you a statement and your earnings each month!
Repairs
With our combined 40+ years in real estate and building maintenance, we’ve seen a little bit of everything. In order to save our owners cost and our guests time, we make every effort to complete repairs in-house when possible. Guests and owners alike rave about the convenience and cost effectiveness of this system!
Housekeeping
When we say it’s a family business, we mean it! We clean units ourselves, and have substitute and additional cleaners that are friends of the family. This way, we can ensure that each guest's experience will be consistent. Once again, this is not only more cost-effective for owners, but for guests as well, which encourages bookings while ensuring a top-notch experience, every time.
