Also on this floor is a bedroom and a full bathroom, plus a good-sized storage closet under the stairs. Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom suite, with a walk-in closet, en-suite bath and spacious bedroom area.

This is a great location, just minutes from lots of shopping, attractions and only about 15 minutes from the beach. This condo is available for immediate occupancy. Amount due at signing will be first month’s rent and a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent.

This location does not allow pets of any kind, and the HOA is very strict.

FAQs

  1. When can I move in?

    • This condo is available immediately, but we prefer move-in dates on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

  2. What is due to move in?

    • The first month’s rent and security deposit are due at lease signing, so twice the rent amount. In this case, $2800.

  3. What are the requirements?

    • You must have regular income that supports the rent amount and utilities. You must be willing and able to provide verifiable references, and we will run a credit and background check. We do not expect perfect credit, but we do want to see a history.

  4. Can I have a pet?

    • Pets are absolutely not allowed at this unit. Any tenant found with a pet will be removed immediately and forfeit the security deposit. This is due to the HOA rules of the buildings and is beyond our control. There are no exceptions.

  5. Is smoking or vaping allowed?

    • This is a no smoking, no vaping unit. If you are found to have smoked or vaped inside the condo, you will forfeit your security deposit and may be charged additional fees for odor remediation.

  6. What utilities are included?

    • Rent includes pest control and outdoor maintenance.

  7. What utilities do I have to pay?

    • You will need to pay for power, water/sewer and cable and/or internet.
