The Marshwalk
No trip to the Grand Strand is complete without a visit to the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, Murrells Inlet. The Marshwalk features several fabulous restaurants serving local seafood and other dishes, live music and marshfront bars as well. Stop by, walk on the pier and enjoy a sea breeze after your meal!

Smuggler's Den
Smuggler’s Den is our favorite local dive bar, but better! With a Cheers- like environment, friendly faces and a solid American pub-style menu, there’s something for everyone at the Den. There are pool tables available too, in additon to indoor outdoor seating. Ask for Todd and tell him we sent ya.

Southern Hops
If you’re into craft beer, wood-fired pizzas, a great atmosphere and amazing menu options, Southern Hops needs to be on your short list. They have a seasonally-rotating menu of craft drinks, plus unique menu items and specials- do NOT miss the pretzel with beer cheese or the egg roll specials.

Rustic Table
Head South on 17 to Pawley’s Island to experience Rustic Table, an elevated Southern-style cuisine served in an unassuming building on the roadside. Rustic Table might be the ultimate lesson in the old saying, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” A casual dress code and both indoor and outdoor space suggest humble dining, but the menu and taste say otherwise!

Are you looking for a place to try out some good, old-fashioned Southern cooking? Southern Chicken in Garden City is your place. With a solid menu plus an all-you-can-eat buffet option, Southern Chicken is a great place to get your fried chicken craving satitsfied. The menu changes, but you can count on staples like slaw, corn bread or biscuits, mac and cheese and veggies!

California Dreaming has the best salad around. and the croissants will change your life. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and the service is always good. It’s located on Bypass 17 in Surfside Beach - be sure to head over that way and try it out.

There is no substitute for dining while watching the sun set over the marsh in Murrells Inlet. Come for the food, stay for the views- or, should that be come for the views, stay for the food?
