The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bath, while the second bedroom has bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and a twin up top. For additional guests, there is pull-out sofa in the living room. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms to unwind and relax after a long day of fun in the sun!

“Loved everything about this condo! Josh is an excellent host and even had a little anniversary gift for us waiting when we arrived. Condo was beautifully kept with the perfect amount of beachy things without being cluttered. The balcony has the best chairs and tables and has the most beautiful view of the sunrise. “I have stayed at The Royal Garden for years. Since mid 90’s. Josh’s place is very updated compared to other rentals that I have stayed in. Nice 4th floor unit. Beautiful decorated. New sliding glass doors ,out to the balcony with seating for four. Watch for dolphins in the morning and evening. They swim right off the shore line. The indoor pool was refinished since my stay last May. Pool looked great with resurfacing and brighter lights. Hot tub is always relaxing. Sandy Pickle is nice on-site bar and grill with friendly staff. Life guard station right out front for water safety and convenient umbrella rental. Will stay with Josh again if available. Close to lots of restaurants , shopping and activities. Garden City has the best Laid back Beach vibes. Check out the Garden City Pier for live music each night in season. Put this one on a must stay list.”
