It is also the home to Ripley’s Aquarium and many other attractions. It’s a must-do in the area!

    Barefoot Landing

    The original shopping and dining destination Barefoot Landing continue to offer a great experience to visitors and locals to the North Myrtle Beach area alike. Built on boardwalks around man-made lakes, Barefoot offers unique dining experiences, fun shops, live entertainment and even fireworks shows in the summer months. Stop by and spend an evening- and don’t forget to watch for gators!

    If you’ve got an eye for style or a taste for a bargain (or both!), Tanger Outlets is the place for you. There are two Tanger locations locally. One is on Route 17, Old Kings Highway, in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach and the other is on 501 near Carolina Forest. Both are outdoor malls with a few dining options as well, and they do have different options (for example, if you’re a Nike fan, head to 501? Lululemon? Hit up the route 17 location.

    Market Common is a mini-city on the outskirts of Myrtle Beach! There are shops and restaurants, plus a great walking trail around a man-made lake. If you are traveling with kids, don’t miss Savannah’s Playground, which is always a family favorite!
