First Line of Defense and Rent Prep

No one wants a phone call that the AC is not working, followed by a visit from an HVAC company who just replaced the batteries in the thermostat and then charged for a $249 service call. Lots of companies rely on out-of-area owners to pay high prices for simple repairs. That’s why we offer our “First Line of Defense” service plan. This optional plan grants permission for us to attempt to fix any issue before calling in those expensive companies. With over 40 combined years in Real Estate and building maintenance, there’s very little we can’t fix! Our owners rave about this service.

We also offer rental preparation services like cleaning, painting, upgrading fixtures, and more! If we can do it less expensively than hiring it out, that option will be available to you. We will also assemble quotes from other companies where it is applicable and discuss options with you before proceeding with any repair.
