About Your Stay

General Information

• This is a smoke-free unit.

• Parking passes are on the kitchen counter. These must be displayed in your car at all times. Please throw them away at the end of your stay.

• The washer and dryer are in the condo. Please check the dryer and remove lint after each use, and check the lint catcher on the wall to the right of the washer/dryer. Please shake off sand outside before using the washer.

• The trash chute is located down the hall, just past the elevators. Please DO NOT put any linens down this chute; it is for trash only.

• There is a recycling bin near the elevators for paper, metal and cardboard. Please do not put any glass in the recycling bin.

• Pillows and blankets for the pull-out couch are in the closet in the spare room.

• No towels or bathing suits can be hung on the balcony railing.

Beach and Pool

• Please hose off beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach items after each use. There is a hose located at the outdoor pool entrance.

• Please be sure all beach equipment is returned to its original place before check-out. Please be sure that it is clean and dry before putting it away.

• Please hose yourself off when leaving the beach or pool area to keep sandy floors to a minimum.

• In peak season, wrist bands are required for pool and beach access. They can be collected from the attendants by showing a screen shot of your receipt with us.

Checking Out

• Please check the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit and run it if there are any dirty dishes.

• Please sweep or vacuum up any excessive sand.

• Please leave towels in one central location, in front of the washer/dryer. It is not necessary to make the beds; our housekeeper will do that.

• It is not necessary to strip or make the beds.

• Check out time is 10am and cleaners may arrive as early as 10:05 on the day of your departure.
