About Your Stay

General Information

• This is a smoke and vape-free unit.

• Parking passes are on the table. These must be displayed in your car at all times. Please dispose of them at the end of your stay.

• The trash chute is to the left of the condo as you exit. Please dispose of your waste there.

• Linens for the pull-out couch and Murphy bed are on the shelving unit in the living room.

• No clothing or towels can be hung on the balcony railing.

• Please keep the dehumidifier running and empty it if needed.

• Keeping the balcony curtains closed when you are not in the condo will help the AC run more effectively and keep the unit cooler; we highly suggest keeping them closed.

Building, Beach and Pool

• Beach access is just down the street and there is a public access there.

• The code for the doors into the lobby from the parking area and the pool is 1122*

• Please hose off beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items after each use.

• Please hose yourself off when leaving the beach or pool area to keep sandy floors to a minimum.

Checking Out

• Please check the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit and run it if there are any dirty dishes.

• Please sweep or vacuum up any excessive sand.

• Please leave towels in one central location. It is not necessary to make the beds; our housekeeper will do that.

• It is not necessary to strip or make the beds.

• Check out time is 10am and cleaners may arrive as early as 10:05 on the day of your departure.
