About Your Stay

General Information

• This is a smoke-free unit.

• Your rental comes with two parking spaces, directly in front of your unit. You do not need parking passes.

• The washer and dryer are in the main bathroom on the first floor. Please check the dryer and remove lint after each use. Please shake off sand outside before using the washer.

• The trash goes to the dumpster just to the right of the building across the parking lot from you. When you leave the front door, go to the sidewalk, take a left and then look for them on the left just past the parking lot entrance.

• Please be sure to put the umbrella down after each use.

Beach and Pool

• Please hose off beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach items after each use. There is a hose located at the outdoor pool entrance.

• Please be sure all beach equipment is returned to its original place before check-out. Please be sure that it is clean and dry before putting it away.

• Please hose yourself off when leaving the beach or pool area to keep sandy floors to a minimum.

Checking Out

• Please check the dishwasher prior to leaving the unit and run it if there are any dirty dishes.

• Please sweep or vacuum up any excessive sand.

• Please leave towels in one central location, in front of the washer/dryer. It is not necessary to make the beds; our housekeeper will do that.

• It is not necessary to strip or make the beds.

• Check out time is 10am and cleaners may arrive as early as 10:05 on the day of your departure.
